FordPass™ Rewards FAQs

How do I join FordPass™Rewards?

It’s easy to sign up for FordPass™ Rewards once you’ve registered for FordPass™ through the FordPass™ website or smartphone app. If you own multiple vehicles, you can add more than one VIN number for your account, but every Ford owner needs their own account if the vehicle is registered to their name. When you check the FordPass™ app, visit the FordPass™ website or stop by our Paramus Ford dealership, you can find out your current FordPass™ Rewards Points balance. If your FordPass™ Rewards account is inactive for more than 365 days in a row, your Points will expire.

What is happening to Owner Advantage Rewards?

Your Owner Advantage Rewards balance will transfer into your FordPass™ Rewards account. If you have multiple OAR accounts, the points will be merged into your individual FordPass™ Rewards account. You can check the balance transfer at All American Ford in Paramus, on your FordPass™ app or on the FordPass™ website.

What is the Welcome Reward?

The Welcome Reward is a complimentary Ford maintenance package that you’ll receive when you buy a new Ford and activate FordPass™ Connect. The maintenance package includes 7,500-mile service, 15,000-mile service and 22,500-mile service, but you don’t have to use the Points at those specific times. Instead, you’ll get 42,000 Points for a gas vehicle and 75,000 Points for a diesel vehicle, allowing you to choose exactly which Ford services or OEM Ford parts you’d like to claim.

How do I earn FordPass Rewards Points?

You’ll start earning FordPass™ Rewards Points once you choose a preferred Ford dealer, complete a brand experience survey, use certain FordPass™ app features or schedule Ford service. Plus, the Welcome Reward can provide you with up to 75,000 FordPass™ Rewards Points. Your FordPass™ Rewards Points will appear in your account within 30 days of a sales transaction and 10 days of Ford service. There’s no cap on the amount of Points you can earn!
